Accumulate is an onchain protocol designed to accumulate Bitcoin over time using fixed, rule-based execution. The protocol converts activity into Bitcoin accumulation and token supply reduction without discretionary management.
$ACCU is the native token of Accumulate. It exists to participate in the protocol’s mechanics and reflect protocol activity through supply reduction.
It is not equity, a yield instrument, or a claim on treasury assets.
Bitcoin is acquired through protocol fee routing. A portion of fees generated through trading activity is used to purchase Bitcoin, represented onchain as WBTC, and transferred to the treasury.
Accumulate is designed around an accumulation-only strategy. Bitcoin acquired by the protocol is held in the treasury and not actively managed or deployed.
There is no logic for selling treasury Bitcoin under any circumstances.
No. Accumulate does not offer yield, dividends, or revenue sharing. The protocol does not attempt to optimize returns or outperform markets.
No. Treasury assets are not lent, staked, or deployed into external strategies. The treasury exists solely to hold accumulated Bitcoin.
Treasury assets are held in a Safe multisig wallet governed by the DAO. Any interaction with treasury assets requires multisig authorization and follows DAO-defined governance processes.
There is no individual or unilateral control over the treasury.
Accumulate uses a DAO-based governance system. $ACCU holders can participate in governance within defined bounds. Core execution is enforced by smart contracts.
Governance exists to maintain and safeguard the protocol. It does not direct execution or manage strategy under normal operation.

All core contracts, token supply changes, buyback activity, and treasury balances are publicly accessible onchain.
