These risks may include, but are not limited to:
Smart contracts may contain bugs, exploits, or unintended behaviors that could result in loss of funds or unexpected outcomes.
Blockchain networks may experience downtime, congestion, or technical failures that affect protocol operation.
Token prices and market conditions can be extremely volatile and unpredictable.
Limited liquidity may prevent users from executing trades at desired prices or times.

Treasury Assets

Assets held in the protocol treasury are managed according to protocol rules and governance processes.
Holding $ACCU does not grant any right to redeem, withdraw, or claim treasury assets.

Governance Participation

Governance mechanisms allow for proposal and voting processes within defined bounds.
Participation in governance does not guarantee outcomes or influence beyond the rules of the system.
